The health and welfare of its employees and clients is the number one concern at BGS. BGS continually strives to create and provide a safe, friendly work environment – both in the office and in the field. Besides providing a medical monitoring program, all BGS employees are trained and certified in an OSHA-approved 40-hour program, with annual 8-hour refresher courses. All BGS employees are expected to know and follow these guidelines. BGS has had no on-the-job accidents nor has it lost any man hours due to an accident.
